Mgr Regional Business XR - req1199

OVERVIEW

Function as the regional business manager and modality product expert for the XR business and XR products within the respective territory. Serve as a liaison between the regional sales personnel, XRBU, and XRBU marketing teams. Provide leadership and support to the regional sales organization while maintaining and growing XR sales opportunities within the respective territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the clinical and technical aspects of the XR product line and serve as the primary source of XR product information while supporting the regional sales teams.
  • Understand the product positioning and market strategies provided by the Business Unit.
  • Partner with the Account Managers and Regional Sales teams as the expert for all XR business activity within the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with the Account Managers and Regional Sales teams to prepare successful strategies and close sales opportunities in a timely manner
  • Deliver effective product presentations as developed by the XR Business Unit.
  • Monitor and update win/loss information for visibility and market share growth.
  • Responsible for Win Rate and Visibility of the XR business within the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for achieving XR billings and bookings budgets for assigned territory.
  • Responsible for forecast accuracy.
  • Attend weekly business cadence calls with management to review the 30-60-90 day booking/revenue forecasts and upside opportunities by account.
  • Maintain the quality and data of the XR opportunity pipeline and ensure that it is adequate to meet quarterly and yearly XR sales budget for assigned territory.
  • Coach the local sales teams through customer qualifying process for XR products.
  • Responsible for XR product training for the regional sales teams including new XR product information, sales strategies, and proper quotation configurations.
  • Manage the XR modality sales activity with the local sales teams to include generating quotations, specifications, presentations, competitive pricing, and effective closing of XR product orders.
  • Perform and manage administrative functions and responsibilities, such as expenses, customer quotation requests, and special pricing requests in an efficient manner.
  • Support customer through delivery, installation, and post installation of XR products.
  • Work closely with the Service Organization to maintain positive customer service outcomes.
  • Drive the resolution of any customer issues regarding the XR products.
  • Display high standards of ethical conduct.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated PC proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including familiarity with sales tracking software (such as Salesforce, and other programs).
  • Experience in healthcare economics/finance preferred, 5 years medical imaging sales
  • Strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Region: Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi
  • A valid and current state driver's license is required.
  • 5-7 years min. in medical imaging sales (X-Ray).
  • 4 year/bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
