We are seeking a Senior Systems & Technology Architect- Legal to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. The Senior Systems & Technology Architect will Work with the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and others in the Legal Department in providing strategic direction, design and management of digital information processes, systems and technology tools for the department. This team member plays a crucial role in promoting, configuring and maintaining the digital ecosystem for the Legal Department at Regency Centers. They collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and end users to gather requirements, design solutions and ensure successful operation of applications and integrated systems. This team member leverages their technical expertise and business acumen to optimize business processes, streamline workflows and support decision-making within the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Functional analysis and support.
  • Technology assessment and selection.
  • Act as legal department liaison to other business teams and the I.T. department to foster understanding and coordination of project management, and implementation of information technology platforms and initiatives company wide.
  • Systems configuration and continuous improvements.
  • Documentation, testing and quality assurance.
  • Assisting with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.

Are You Qualified?

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 and/or other productivity apps (preferably as Lead)
  • Advanced user and administrative experience with Microsoft 365 apps
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software systems such as ERP, CLM and CRM
  • Intermediate experience with following change management processes and controls
  • Awareness of IT infrastructure, software development and system implementation processes
  • Familiarity with industry compliance standards such as SOX and GDPR
  • Comfort and savvy with use of a variety of information management technologies, including ability to learn and adapt to changing technology solutions
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data management and spreadsheet technologies (such as Power BI, JDE, Smartsheets and M-Files)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with technologies and tools used in the practice of law (law firm or in-house)
  • Microsoft 365 certifications or equivalent experience
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional certification or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge and understanding of operational aspects of commercial real estate
  • Experience with an in-house legal department, law firm or in servicing corporate clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects by collaboratively working in a cross functional role
  • Experience in assessing, developing, implementing, and using technology to improve processes, knowledge and performance
