What we're seeking:

As a Senior Sales Enablement Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of our Sales Enablement Team, serving as a crucial link between various departments to optimize processes, implement state-of-the-art tools, and provide invaluable support to our sales team. Your primary focus will involve spearheading key initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing knowledge management, refining our sales tooling infrastructure, and delivering top notch sales support. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organization while advancing your own career.

This role is based in our vibrant Dallas hub, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you'll join a team of passionate professionals committed to driving sales excellence and innovation.

What we need in you:

As a Senior Sales Enablement Advisor, we're seeking a candidate with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization. Your ability to leverage technology and sales enablement tools effectively, including Document Management Systems (DMS) like SharePoint and CRM solutions like Salesforce.com, will be crucial. Additionally, your demonstration of a solution based growth mindset and innate drive to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment will be essential for success. Your experience in change management, direct sales support, and project management will also be invaluable as you address challenging initiatives and achieve significant results. Additionally, your commitment to continuous learning and adaptation, along with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, will position you for success as you contribute to the growth and success of our sales organization.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle of sales enablement initiatives, from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess sales enablement needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to address them, including identifying the most valuable and effective channels and content formats for sales collateral to support customers, sellers, and sales management
  • Maintain and organize documentation repositories, ensuring easy access and version control for sales enablement materials. Conduct regular audits to verify content accuracy and adherence to compliance standards
  • Support post-onboarding initiatives for the sales team to collaborate, share best practices, and identify process improvements
  • Ensure presentations, reports, and content are easily and readily accessible in shared network drives, in sales/marketing systems, and on SharePoint, and that sales are aware of new content
  • Assess the efficacy of the resources provided to our sales teams to support key steps along the sales process, identifying where we can drive higher outcomes while reducing complexity
  • Serve as the liaison between Marketing, Product, IT, all Sales Operations teams, and the sales teams to bring solutions and top-tier sales support to the B2B Sales Organization
  • Take on independent duties/ responsibilities on a recurring basis such as attending regional sales meetings, recommending policy changes and updates, ensuring alignment with overarching sales strategies and objectives
  • Organize and track complex projects, keep self and others on track, and identify emerging issues
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team, including coaching, mentorship, and performance optimization initiatives

  • Salary range: $73,000 to $145,000.

What background you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement role with a minimum of 2 of those years as a Sales Enablement lead or manager
  • Demonstrated expertise in knowledge management and Document Management System (DMS) administration, with a proven track record of optimizing workflows and ensuring efficient access to critical information
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce.com or other CRM solutions experience
  • Proven project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, sales representatives, and subject matter experts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work and prioritize in a fast-paced changing environment while coordinating multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to think logically in solving assigned problems and to present recommendations with clarity in written and graphic form
  • Must be comfortable resolving conflicts and effective at problem-solving
  • Able to work independently with little input as well as contribute as a team member to ensure results
  • Proficient in a range of software tools including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams), Monday.com, and Visio
