Job Summary | This position will provide general maintenance and custodial support for UTD's Student Housing facilities. Duties involve general support of an assigned housing building. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Six months experience in custodial maintenance work; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to read, write, communicate and understand written and oral instructions in English. |
Preferred Education and Experience | 1 - 2 years of custodial or general maintenance work experience. Experience operating carpet cleaning and floor care machines such as buffers, extractors, auto scrubbers, and burnishers. |
