As a Lab Engineer, you will work onsite in Fort Worth, TX and report to the Research and Development Integration Manager. You will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting and field support for new products and will have hands on experience or education in basic engineering principles.

You Will:
  • Attend meetings to review set up or testing needs.

  • Support NPD development of refrigeration products and supports R&D special projects.

  • Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, and other documentation to setup equipment for testing.

  • Build prototype heating products and perform testing and records results.

  • Calibrates and repairs performance issues.

  • Maintain certification and maintenance of equipment.

  • Clean up and organizes old units and parts.

  • Support in plant customer service, sales, tours etc.

  • Assist Final Assembly area with problems occurring during assembly.

You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology

  • 1+ years in a new product development or Research and Development position.

  • Knowledge of refrigeration or HVAC systems.

  • EPA 608 refrigerant certification.

  • Knowledge of electronic controls and electromechanical devices.

  • Knowledge of test instrumentation such as temperature, pressure and flow meters.

  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and basic electrical systems.
