Job Description

We are looking for a senior solution consultant with in-depth expertise on due diligence and third party risk management. This is a central role in our ambition to grow our due diligence business in the Americas. This role will do that by leading sophisticated opportunities and RFPs, working as deep subject matter authority alongside sales and business development teams in the Risk Intelligence business in the Americas, and helping the leadership team in identifying areas and opportunities of highest growth potential.

The role is is part of the Global Consulting team. The solutions consultant will be responsible for a growth target for our LSEG Due Diligence offerings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the most senior SME supporting the sales organisation on due diligence
  • Lead complex and strategic opportunities ensuring that clients challenges and needs are well understood, scoped out and supported. Drive those opportunities from the point of qualification to contract signature. Where needed, work across teams to deliver a holistic response and own relationships with client.
  • Engage with the sales and business development organization to better drive lead qualification.
  • Represent LSEG Due Diligence and the LSEG brand in front of clients and at industry events
  • Stays abreast of the due diligence regulatory environment, market evolution and industry trends. Be a champion for a continuous learning culture in that regard in the Americas, sharing standard processes with the wider Sales & Account Management organisation
  • Be a key channel and a champion for voice of the customer internally, as part of the evolution of our product strategy

Who are we looking for?

  • An Expert with minimum of 5 years hands on experience in enhanced due diligence services, well versed with research techniques, able to scope complex assignments,
  • Proven track record in delivering trainings and presentations to colleagues and external stakeholders; able to translate complex concepts into understandable terms
  • Demonstrable consulting and solutions experience, preferably in a similar position and be endowed with a very good knowledge of third party risk. Understanding of customer risk and financial crime would be a plus
  • Strong understanding of the due diligence competitor landscape including similar offerings, commercials, positioning etc
  • Has a good understanding of the key regulations related to third party risk and/or financial crime
  • Is an excellent communicator and people person with strong analytical skills and is able to work with CXOs to win their trust
  • Is adaptable to an environment that is constantly changing and is able to drive the revenue agenda by influencing multiple internal stakeholders internally
  • Is able to travel across Americas on occasion

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $93,800.00 - $174,200.00.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
