The Sales Analyst will provide critical insights and support to drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance for the NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) team within the US Advanced Wound Management franchise. He/She will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of sales processes to effectively analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

What will you be doing?

  • Analyze sales data, including territory performance, customer demographics, and product performance, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track key metrics and provide regular updates to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and challenges, and provide analytical support to optimize sales strategies, territory planning, and account targeting.

  • Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast sales performance, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Support sales planning and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform resource allocation and goal setting.

  • Work closely with Sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives and strategies.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to senior management as needed, including scenario analysis and sales performance reviews.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-2 years of related experience with financial analysis and business planning.

  • High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Reporting/Dashboarding tools

  • Travel: Domestic - Up to 25%
