As anInfusion Systems Territory Manager, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of infusion pumps, syringe pumps, accessories and software upgrades and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.

As our primary connection to the healthcare professionals who rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our solutions. You enjoy seeing the connections between teams and how they work together to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of the company's products or services. Implementing sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives.
  • Calling on prospective customers, delivering effective sales presentations, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quoting appropriate customer prices.
  • Monitoring sales against forecasts and participating in the determination of market potential for the territory.
  • Working closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing feedback to immediate supervisor and marketing personnel for the development of marketing policy, recommended product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes.
  • Promoting the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience or no degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior Capital equipment sales experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IV Therapy and related products is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills which includes both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
  • The ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales targeting strategies
  • Travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for commission.
