WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - The Role

- Provide administrative support to the event marketing leadership team
- Process various paperwork from Event Marketing Representatives
- Research, book, and maintain a database events, festivals, and fairs in accordance with event plans
- Communicate with various team member about updates and details with the calendar of events
- Communicate with various event promoters
- Maintain a database of leads generated by event teammates and ensure all leads are accurately entered into system
- Create weekly teammate newsletter highlights for teammates
- Pull reports and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
- Manage inventory of supplies
- Assist with team payroll and reimbursement processing
- Attend and set-up monthly meeting with event team
- Other job duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING - The Person

- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
- Experience and understanding of Excel
- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment
- Ability to work independently and in a group
- 2 years of related professional work experience required

Pay: $22/hour base pay + monthly bonus
