We have an opening for a Senior Litigation Technologist.

The Senior Litigation Technologist role is an exciting opportunity to help the head of Litigation Services strategize, re- design, and deliver enhanced services and technology to our global Litigation and Employment teams. At the outset, the Technologist will focus on (1) strategy and solutions delivery, (2) tech consultations to our client litigation matter teams (billable activity), (3) vendor relationship management, (4) change management, and (5) educating our litigators on ediscovery issues and solutions.

This role will also be responsible for providing technical, supervisory, and professional leadership.

In this capacity, the Senior Litigation Technologist will:

*Strategize and execute a roadmap for internal and external ediscovery and other litigation technology solutions;
*Provide direct assistance to matter teams and clients regarding electronic discovery best practices and specific challenges, such as data collection, data processing, AI-enabled workflows, and document production;
*Manage the relationships with our panel vendors:
oEnsure overall client service levels and success;
oCreate and maintain open and clear lines of communications;
oPerform an external vendor spend analysis;
oLead contract negotiations;
oEnsure back-end billing and other operational processes are in place;
*Lead internal marketing, awareness outreach, and training for paralegals, lawyers, and other timekeepers;
*Create and maintain ediscovery content in knowledge base (checklists, guides, etc);
*Design and implement a small but impactful ediscovery project management team leveraging world-class technology and workflows;
*Innovate: identify the need for additional improvements (software, services, knowledge, or process) both for the Practice Innovation Department, by the Litigation Technology team, and practice groups;
*Continuous improvement and creativity; and
*Handle additional related projects as necessary.

Proficiencies:

*Superior knowledge of complex ediscovery issues;
*Superior knowledge of ediscovery and litigation technologies including Relativity, RelOne, Concordance, Opus2, Disco, AI methodologies, and workflows;
*Desire to continuously learn and educate others;
*Excellent oral and written communication skills;
*Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills;
*Ability to work proactively and solve problems with minimal supervision;
*Display proficiency in spearheading cross-functional long-term projects, devising innovative approaches, and executing on same; and
*Experience working with ediscovery vendors in a collaborative manner.

Qualifications:

*A Bachelor's degree; a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree;
*A minimum of four (4) years of relevant project management experience;
*A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience; and
*Ideally, law firm experience (Innovation, paralegal, litigation support, or practice support).
