Responsibilities
As a Career and Performance Partner, you will design and deliver value-added service to managers and employees in terms of career development, performance management, and recognition/retention initiatives. Some of your responsibilities include:
* Provide support and guidance managers and employees in the understanding and execution of the mobility process and performance management process
* Provide guidance to managers and employees to support them in the definition of the career development objective targeted and the action plan to implement to reach the goal
* Coach People Managers to set performance objectives that effectively align employee performance with the objective framework, clarify specific expectations and what will be measured.
* In liaison with People Services leaders, contribute to the design, implementation and management of Global/Local Programs in term of Mobility, Performance management and Reward.
* Support and assist Managers with People Master Plan processes and ensure consistency across organization.
* Manage exit interview and provide attrition insights
* Manage departures (termination, resignation, dismissal process)
