Job Summary | The Administrative Assistant II provides a wide range of administrative support to Student Life Programs, consisting of SUAAB/Meteor Theater and Gaming & Esports. In addition, the Administrative Assistant II will provide reception support, assistance with program area purchases and fiscal tracking and reconciliations, and assistance with day-to-day support of these programmatic areas. |
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor's degree and five years of office administration or project management experience including two years at an Administrative Assistant I level or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
Preferred Education and Experience | Administrative experience in higher education. The desired employee is detail-oriented, has excellent customer service skills, able to prioritize and complete tasks quickly to meet deadlines and work collaboratively and independently. Experienced in PeopleSoft, eProcurement, Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), and Adobe. |

Remote Notice: After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval.
