Position Summary:

As a participant in our HR Career Rotational Program, you will embark on a transformative journey to become a well-rounded HR professional and future leader. This two-year program offers a structured path to enhance your skills and knowledge while contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Highlights:

  • Onboarding and Business Acumen: Engage in a comprehensive onboarding experience that provides insight into our industry, business operations, and culture.
  • Exposure to Functional Areas: Rotate through three different functional areas over three months, gaining diverse perspectives and skills.
  • HR Area Rotations: Experience both field and corporate HR roles, fostering a holistic understanding of HR practices such as Labor Relations, Safety, Talent, Recruiting, Learning and Development, Unions, Total Rewards, Diversity, Equity and Belonging, etc.
