Job Summary
Will provide support to Gift Services for the Office of Development and Alumni Relations by processing private gifts to The University of Texas at Dallas.
Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree; one year administration experience; or any equivalent combination of relevant education, training & experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 1-2 years experience in general business or data entry.
  • Raiser's Edge Experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process all gifts from alumni, individuals, corporations, foundations, and other organizations in a timely manner. This includes entering gift data into the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge database and adding images for gifts into PaperSave.
  • Accurately enter new donor data and edit existing donor biographical information into the database to process gifts.
  • Run daily reports to reconcile transactions to deposits and credit card activity.
  • Work with campus partners regarding gifts received for their schools, units, or departments.
  • Generate gift acknowledgment letters, receipts, and pledge reminders.
  • Have a general understanding of University Gift Acceptance Policies, CASE Counting, and IRS Rules as they relate to the position.
  • Participate and communicate with Gift Services team members as needed to fulfill all gift processing responsibilities, unique projects, and issues that may arise.
  • Take direction from the supervisor when priorities change and be flexible with tasks assigned.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Remote Work Notice:
Hybrid remote work environment available and a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement is required upon employment. Use of personal computer and other standard office equipment may be required. Must be located within the State of Texas (or Must be located within the DFW Area) and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice.
