Lakeview Center (LCI) provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. Across Northwest Florida, our services range from residential treatment to outpatient counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, treatments for substance misuse and 24/7 support for those with serious mental illnesses. A New Dawn is an eight-bed therapeutic environment for foster care youth ages 10 to 17. Youth are placed in the program through the child welfare system placement team. The goal is to assist with short-term placement needs until an appropriate setting can be found.

Overview:

To provide therapeutic services to clients within scope of training, protocols, and competence, and within requirements of statutes applicable to the position. Therapeutic services include but are not limited to, assessment, treatment planning, direct service provision, person centered services and management of client risk and safety.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development)
* At least one (1) years' experience working with children, adults, and/or families who have mental health, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities.
* Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.
* Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
* Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy.

Compensation:

The starting pay rate for this position $19.75 per hour with an additional supplemental pay (up to 8% of base pay).
