Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customers in Gainesville, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Make qualitative decisions on part conformity regarding form, fit, and function.
  • Support the Quality Assurance department, ensure products and processes, both internal and external, conform to applicable drawings, technical specifications, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Leads technical root cause and corrective action processes to resolve issues.
  • Collect and analyze data, compile reports, develop metrics, and recommend action plans.
  • Implement continuous improvement of both internal and external processes.
  • Create, review, and update documents and processes.
  • Assist the Quality Management Team with project definitions.
  • Lead project teams.
  • Provide technical support and training both internally and externally.
  • Coordinates capture and containment of internal nonconforming products.
  • Understand and utilize local and corporate QMS (Quality Management System).
  • Maintain compliance with AS 9100 quality management requirements.
  • May be expected to apply to be a Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) Designee.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Here's what requirements you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality professional role.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in interpreting mechanical drawings.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality systems and procedures.

  • Must be able to interact with all levels of employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Must possess the ability to lead and engage with all levels of employees, customers, and suppliers in continuous improvement projects.
  • Be familiar with processes and specifications used in the manufacture and assembly of client products.
  • Must have Working knowledge of FAA regulations about SSUSA products.
  • Must be familiar with LEAN/Six Sigma fundamentals and implementation.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Acts by company values and related competencies.
  • Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate needed office equipment.
  • Ability to read and review written communication.
  • Speech and hearing abilities that allow individuals to communicate clearly and distinctly in English.
  • Ability to solve problems and think strategically.


Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • This position needs extended periods of sitting while working with computers and viewing computer monitors and other office equipment.
  • Finger dexterity needed in using misc.
  • Office equipment such as telephone, computer, and copy machine.
  • Bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting to approximately twenty pounds are needed during tasks on the job.
