Here's what requirements you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Manufacturing Industrial
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the aerospace industry or engineering, design & development, or quality positions
- Minimum of 3 years experience in internal and external audit and audit techniques
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Configuration and data management.

- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO19011, AS9100, AS9145, ISO14001, OHSAS18001
- APQP Tools knowledge and domain, PDCA, DMAIC, and other related tools knowledge
- MS Office proficiency and intermediate skills with engineering-related CAD tools (CATIA)
- Organization and planning
- Flow chart and drawings interpretation as well as customer, internal, and regulatory requirements
- Good skills in quality issues investigation, audit, analysis, and correction/prevention
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Good cross-functional skills to coordinate engineering issues with operations and other areas
- Speech and hearing abilities that allow individuals to communicate clearly and distinctly in English.
- Ability to solve moderately complex practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to follow up on actions effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good leadership, initiative, and execution
