Pay Range: $108,736 - 134,833 annually
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As NFM's Facilities Manager II, you will manage company projects related to construction, mechanical systems and equipment. You will oversee the daily operation and maintenance of equipment and property for the Cedar Park location. This is an onsite position requiring the candidate to reside in the local Austin area.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Lead: Recruit, coach, mentor and develop staff, including providing feedback and recognition regularly by using effective performance management tools
- Manage: Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Plan: Ability to create, manage and forecast operational budgets
- Assist: Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports as required
- Collaborate: Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Builds: Develops specifications, negotiates contract with customer or bidder. Awards and administers contracts, including final approval of payment. Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- Bachelor's degree: industrial engineering, related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years commercial facilities management experience to include energy management systems, HVAC and grounds
- 5 - 6 years supervisory or management experience
- Ability to plan, implement and manage multiple projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames
- Ability to read and analyze blueprints and other construction documents
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, regulations, building codes and ADA building requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours as required
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background and MVR check
