Job SummaryThis position is responsible for securing philanthropic support in the form of fundraising, grant writing, cause-related initiatives, corporate sponsorships, and special events. Responsible for maintaining funding sources to meet the operational needs of the Foundation and to support the Care Van Program. This position is responsible for prospect research; submission of annual grant applications on behalf of the Foundation; maintaining grants/donor tracking system and develop/implement strategic plan. In addition, this position will support managing, coordinating and directing the development and growth of the Care Van outreach services. Incumbent will be responsible for analyzing and developing program plans for assigned service delivery region.**NOTE: This role is a hybrid/flex role that requires a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote**Required Job Qualifications:
