Interns in this role will be given practical experience in the areas of Compensation Programs. You will work collaboratively with highly experienced HR leaders/professionals as part of the Compensation team. You will have the opportunity to work on a projects and deliverables that will focus on strengthening the employee experience and to be innovative by suggesting, creating, and implementing solutions that can make an impact to our people and culture. You will support the Compensation team in the design, administration, analysis, and management of Seagate's Compensation programs.

The actual hourly range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills.
