What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a dynamic, driven HR Business Partners to lead and support the people strategy of our growing Business Units.

The HRBP role is critical in executing our people initiatives and driving HR functional excellence and business performance.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Vice President of the Business Unit you support. Focus will be aligning the human capital strategy to business objectives and our plan for company growth. You will deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

You will closely with our leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and optimize the performance and engagement of individuals and teams.

Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be supported by fellow Business Partners and cross collaborate across disciplines and regions. Your role will represent an opportunity to make a positive impact on how associates experience organizational change, and you'll use information and close partnership with leaders across HR and the business to build the teams that achieve their specific business goals.

You will be responsible for full-cycle Human Resources support (partnering with our Workforce Management Team to drive Talent Planning, Performance Reviews, Merit Cycles, Associate Engagement Surveys, and more).

Key Differentiators in you applying will be:

  • Demonstrated progression in varied Human Resources roles or a related field for 8-10 years.
  • Ability to leverage strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations at varying levels of the organization; including but not limited to senior leadership.

  • Strong reasoning, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Experience in acquisition activities would be great, but not essential.

  • Ability to understand business objectives, translate the human capital needs associated with those objectives, and recommend approaches to effect change and improvement in business outcomes.
  • Ability to root cause issues quickly using data and consult with the business on how their decisions impact results.
  • Lead, influence, support, and facilitate organizational change and communication.
  • Actively recruit bar-raising talent, drive a culture of continuous development, and serve as a mentor for the HR community.
  • Manage competing priorities and quickly shift focus to accommodate business needs.
