BluePath Labs is seeking a part-time 2023 Spring Intern to support our Business Development and Proposal Team.

We offer a range of professional, scientific, and technology services. Our specific areas of expertise include business consulting, research and data science, and technology integration.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Business Development and Proposal Teams to obtain a hands-on experience with the federal acquisition process.
• Helping to create and maintain capture plans and documentation; and conducting research and analysis of federal contracting opportunities, partners, and competitors.
• Assisting the Business Development and client facing teams to develop content for proposals, papers, marketing materials, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Helping coordinate proposal efforts by creating templates and providing graphic design support for technical diagrams, process diagrams, and flow charts.
• Performing copy-edits and formatting a variety of documents and products including marketing materials, research papers, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations to ensure that they are free from errors and comply with applicable Style Guides and formatting rules.
• Working with proposal teams on activities such as responding to data calls, solution planning, subcontract documentation, NDA and TA coordination efforts, and other related tasks.
• Maintaining SharePoint lists and libraries, monitoring shared inboxes, and forwarding and tracking correspondence between partners and BluePath employees.

Required Qualifications:

• Rising Junior or Senior (or MA/MS candidate).
• Pursuit of a degree in business, government, or related field.
• Ability to work in a remote/hybrid environment in the DC metro area.
• Desire to learn about the consultant/government contracting industry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
