  • Observe and potentially co-facilitate adult learning sessions across disciplines within the company
  • Curate learning content on our learning management system, Campus
  • Research trends and practices regarding adult online learning
  • Have the opportunity to make an impact on the development of professional careers.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Studying Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Effectiveness, Design, Architecture, or a relevant field
  • Pursuing a career in Human Resources with an interest in adult learning and career development
  • Passion for maximizing usability across learning platforms
  • Strong verbal, written, and problem-solving skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a can-do, independent attitude
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility over assigned tasks

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Refined presentation facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of Articulate authoring tool
  • Experience and interest in content related to equity
  • Basic video editing skills using Camtasia or other programs

As an emerging professional we ask that you be eager to learn and collaborate with other passionate creatives. Bring your ambitious attitude and attention to detail and we'll help you grow and discover what drives you. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow, learn and contribute your design voice to our brand promise of Elevating the Human Experience through design.
